Greetings,

I've carried the ball as far down field as I can. With 4 jobs and school starting in June, along with not having a truck to carry me to presidential debates, I see no way to continue the campaign.

I've withdrawn from the race and have my sights on the Class Action Materials and operating under the redar toward the Tribulation Period. I've deleted all the websites relating to the campaign.

If there were a following for our ideas, it would have already show itself in the form of a donation.

Re: Invitation to Join a "Slave Freedom/ Mark of The Beast Class Action Law Suit."

My Fellow Christians:

In conversations with Greek scholars at the highest theological levels of both Bob Jones University and the Southern Baptist Convention, along with my own studies, I found that there are three primary attributes of slavery in antiquity:

1) Taxation of Property (1st, 3rd and 4th Planks of "The Communist Manifesto").
2) Taxation of Labor (income tax: flat or graduated/ 2nd Plank).
3) Counting People Like Cattle (to control labor and/ or property).

I found also in a read of "The Communist Manifesto" that the function of its 10 Planks is to twist a nation with a free market economy (including freedom of conscience and free exchange of ideas) into an atheistic, secular humanist socialist communist slave state.

Under the class action, we assert that the United States Government has:

1) adopted a state religion called, "Secular Humanist Socialist Communism" and now imposes this Global Secular Humanist Socialist Communist state slave religion upon American Christians (82% of the U.S. population according to Cable News Network), directly violating Exodus 10:3, I Timothy 1:9-10 ("enslavers"), I Corinthians 7:21-23, Ephesians 6:4, Revelation 13:17, Judges 3 and the 1st, 5th, 10th and 13th Amendments to the United States Constitution, along with the concept of "liberty," in the first paragraph of our American Constitution. They have imposed slavery, by definition, upon a people who are called by God to:

(a) "use" freedom from slavery (taxation of labor, taxation of property and being counted like cattle) in I Corinthians 7:21b, if already enslaved, and
(b) in an application of I Corinthians 7:23, reject slavery categorically, if already free. [Greek based expanded translation of I Corinthians 7:22b-23: "[H]e that is called, being free, is Christ's slave. You [free Christians] are bought with a price, be categorically not ye the literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary slaves of men." (See: "Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of The Bible," #1401: "servants," doulos -- a slave (literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary).]

2) especially since 9/11/2001 imposed new uses for the Social Security Number that are unrelated to its original intent of individual dealings with the Social Security Administration, such that one may now not "buy" land, cars, homes, cell phones, credit cards, bank accounts, renewed professional licenses, pass ports, etc. "or sell" labor (see: Revelation 13:17) and many types of property without the Government imposed control number (see: Revelation 13 and 14), resulting in a very real emotional torture of tens of millions of American Christians.

3) sought most visibly through the United Nations, Democrat Party, U.S. Tax System, Secular Public School System, and American Judiciary to oust Biblical Christianity from America's shores over many decades of gradual changes in our local, state and federal laws, in accordance with the stated function of the 10 Planks.

4) engaged in an extortion of funds from the Christian people of America and the larger American population by never having legally ratified the 16th Amendment of The United States Constitution by a two-thirds majority vote of the states. (Note: "[N]either . . . thieves . . . , nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9-10). Furthermore, this Government has confessed concerning the income tax: "There is no single sentence anywhere that indicates an individual has a tax liability" (Mr. Terry Lemons, Communications Director of the Internal Revenue Service made this statement to me, Gene Chapman, in the main lobby of the Main IRS Building, 1111 Constitution Ave., Washington D.C., on September 2, 2004 at between 1 and 2 p.m. Eastern Time in front of two Treasury Agents (names withheld at this time)).

Relief sought: Do away with or allow a simple "opt out" with no negative consequences for Christians who do not wish to be slaves (opt out of the 10 Planks of "The Communist Manifesto"), attend Secular Public Schools (10th Plank of "The Communist Manifesto") or be in such close proximity to the "mark of the beast" issue, in accordance with Biblical teaching. No requirement to have or use a national id card, etc.

Like a giant python, the U.S. Government is squeezing Christians into the mold of slavery and the "mark of the beast" more each day. The Social Security Number is now, since 9/11/2001, indistinguishable in American law from the "mark of the beast" for the first time in American history. We have an opportunity here to set a strong legal precedent that will both free Christians from slavery now and perhaps give some breathing room to those Christians who will live through the time of the Beast.

(Note: According to I Corinthians 7:21b, one might infer that when Christians do not seek freedom from slavery (i.e. income taxes: flat or graduated, property taxes and being counted like cattle), it may cost souls their salvation in Christ. The human author of Corinthians, Paul the Apostle, used his freedom to win souls; he feels clearly that there is a "use" for our freedom.

Also, in Exodus 10:3, Almighty God asserts that there is a direct causal relationship between the people of God being slaves and their inability to properly "serve" God.

In my own situation, I have been working several years to gain a visa to Ghana and The Sudan to see what can be done to free Christians enslaved there, but my refusal to use a Social Security number on an international document has constrained me from leaving America's 50 state plantation. My U. S. Government constrained mission to do my job as a Christian minister may even be costing souls contact with the Gospel and resulting Salvation by U. S. policy decisions.

In Judges 3, we find two stories of how God raised up deliverers and sent them to kill kings who had enslaved the people of God (taxed their labor and/ or property).)

In Daniel, we find the story or Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, who refused to worship an alternative religious figure at the demand of the political leader, King Nebuchadnezzar. They resisted unto death, if need be. In America, a nation that has adopted all ten planks of "The Communist Manifesto," the demands of an alternative religion are imposed upon the Christian people to worship the proverbial golden image of Karl Marx, an open Anti-Christ and false prophet of Secular Humanist Socialist Communism (a religion of Atheism). He was and is through his followers engaged in a direct and open attack upon the Christian religion through the 10 Planks of his manifesto (see: pp. 242-244). Thus, to pay the income tax, property tax, use a social security number, send children to a secular public school, utilize Federal Reserve Banking, pay estate taxes, obey farm controls and gun control/ licensing laws, etc., found in "The Communist Manifesto" and associated Communist materials is to commit idolatry for the American Christian.

Finally, Holy Scripture indicates that there will be a shadowy ambiguity present in the world surrounding the imposition of the 'mark of the beast' (see: Revelation 13:18).
In a day when a one world government is already in place in the form of the United Nations (see: Revelation 13:12). . .
In a day when governments around the world are counting their citizens like cattle in order to impose income taxes and property taxes (see: Revelation 13 and 14) . . .
In a day when the American Social Security Number is not allowing us to "buy or sell" (Revelation 13:17) without it . . .
In a day when our own American soldiers are having Global Positioning identifier microchips placed under their skin by our Government, Christians are no longer in a position to toy with any shadowy ambiguity that may be left in the slavery/ mark of the beast issue. Its paws are on our chest, and it is licking us in the face.

I look forward to a letter from you and Christians you know in signing on as Co-Complainants to the Class Action soon. We are now studying law firms to handle this unique case with a $40,000 per year present budget.

Understanding Exhibit A 1-5

1) We read on page 242 of "The Communist Manifesto," published by Penguin Classics: "When the ancient world was in its last throes, the ancient religions were overcome by Christianity."

Karl Marx and Friedrich Engles assert here that the Christian religion overcame all other ancient theistic religions.

2) Exhibit A2 presents the following: "When Christian ideas succumbed in the 18th century to rationalist ideas . . . ."

Marx's assumption here is that Christianity was intellectually superior to all previous religions but that now it too has been overcome by Rationalism.

3) Exhibit A3 states: "But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality. . . ."

In context, Marx views Christianity as the last religion to be overcome by his Rationalism; thus, Christianity stands as the paramount "religion" that Communism abolishes.

4) On page 243, Exhibit A4 reads: "Of course in the beginning, this cannot be effected except by despotic inroads on the rights of property . . . ."

Marx tells us that his mechanism to abolish the Christian religion is to undermine property rights.

5) On pages 243 and 244, Exhibit A5 is ten planks that are presented in American society, designed to destroy the Christian religion over time, as follows:

1. Property taxes and Eminent Domain Laws.
2. Income Taxes.
3. Inheritance Taxes.
4. Confiscation of Property from Emigrants and Those The Government Dislikes.
5. Federal Reserve Banking to Empower Deficit Spending.
6. FCC and Interstate Commerce Commission.
7. Farm Controls.
8. WPA, CCC and Peace Corps.
9. Population Control Laws.

It appears that our Frisco FBI agent is just instructed to instruct professional drivers how to spot terrorists. We'll see. Gene

You know, I'm getting a little tired of the FBI quiz show, so I don't think I'll be calling them back. The family I stayed with in Washington D.C. a few years ago always nailed the government officers with various amendment issues each time they started quizzing us, but I was new to the whole weary thing back then. Now I get it . . . they just harrass people with all these endless questions and end up using anything they can find to further restrict your activities. It's lawyers from now on, when they start this mess up. Gene.

My mom tells me that the FBI from Frisco, Tx called her, and they wanted to ask me 17 questions about how I would react to a terrorist if approched by them. I called my FBI contact in Dallas to verify a Frisco FBI office and asked why they didn't just call my cell number on the website. No returned calls yet. Must be because we are looking for a house in Washington, D.C. to continue the protest and run the presidential campaigfn. So far $1,500 per month is the lowest within walking distance of the White House. Gene.

They tell me we will need 60,000 names collected in Georgia within 180 days to get on the ballot there with the Southern Party. Gene

M) The King Solomon Solution: As King Solomon proposed the division of the item in dispute between two people while allowing neither the upper hand, so I propose that the international community buy out the Jews and Palestinians and move their land on barges to opposite ends of the earth to shut down the conflict. This will allow a two state solution at a distance. It is the only solution short of unending war between the parties that does not seem to me to violate the religions of any party.

N) As a matter of improved highway safety and transportation utilization, lower all highway grades by 2%; increase fine to $3,000 for 14 hour rule violations, divided evenly between truck driver, trucking company and shipper.

O) Abolish voluntary servitude coercion by the U. S. Government by passing the Slave Freedom Amendment.

Round Table Talk:

1) Thanks to Doug Kenline for getting us listed on the nes We The People blog.

2) My finances are on a quick rebound after a $1600 paycheck.

3) We have a man on the ground in Washington D.C. checking into renting us a house within walking distance of the White House/ IRS/ Capitol, so we may keep people presenting our issues all the time to the 1,000 people +/- who make policy in America.

I think we could ask those staying for a day, week, month, etc. to repay us by passing out 300 pieces of our material in the area for each night spent in the Slave Freedom House. Any ideas?

4) I turned down the Wing TV interview offer yesterday because they seemed to only have my last interview on their website about 12 hours before it was gone. I hear now that it was archived. When my people can't find my interviews 12 hours after they are done, I don't get real excited about doing more interviews later.

5) Just put a new steer tire on the truck. All is well on my way to Spokane, WA for delivery.

I'm gona have to rest my finances a bit after the Slave Freedom Event. Total cost was about $4,000, and I just finished about $4000 in repairs to my truck the month and a half before. I did't even have money to pay off my whole phone bill on time today.

I saw several hits on my site from Gadsden, Alabama on July 3, so I guess Judge Moore was evaluating our case. If we don't hear something soon, I'll figure he just blew us off. Gene.

It appears that we passed out about 3,000 + class action materials during the Second Annual Slave Freedom Event. The highlight of today was that I met Harriet Miers, President Bush's Top Legal Council and former Supreme Court Nominee. She was very nice and took a copy of the materials for President Bush to review outside the Main IRS Building where she was power-walking after the parade.

(I told some of the guys afterwards, "I could have made national news today if I'd just had the presence of mind to attack her on the street" (ha ha); it's all about the news coverage, right?) (We had a good laugh.) (Sorry for the sick humor, if you read this, Miss. Miers.)

Anyway, we had a good time and educated ten of thousands to Communist aggression in America by the signs, and I figure each of the handouts we gave will reach the lives of another 10 people each. We probably impacted 75,000 lives in two days, plus two people who have been on Airforce One: Harriet Miers and Tony Snow. Gene.

Dear White House Press Secretary Tony Snow:

It was a great pleasure to meet you yesterday at the front gate of the White House. I've been a big fan of your farm boy kindness, as I call it, for many years. As you have been a teacher and advocate for the disabled, along with your own cancer struggle, I see you as the 'real deal' in public service.

I do hope the class action materials I handed you at the White House gate make it to the eyes of President Bush, but I think your eyes upon this pro-Christian material, now backed by several preachers, may be even more important to our work over the coming years. Please do not hesitate to call upon me anytime for more details of our effort to free Christians from slavery around the world, even in America.

We just got in from the protest. Walking back, we stopped at the White House, and I noticed White House Press Secretary Tony Snow was standing near the fence behind a security building. I shouted to Mr. Snow to take a copy of the class action materials. He came over to the fence and very kindly took two copies. I asked him to give one copy to the President, and he agreed to "look it over and pass it on."

Earlier, three Smithsonian historians interviewed me at the Main IRS Building and took pictures of the signs, etc. One was a visiting professor of History from Indiana University. They either have a real fixation on their personal historical collection, or the Slave Freedom Movement just made it into the Smithsonian. Gene.

We are up and had breakfast here in Washington, D.C. The protest begins at 1 pm ET today at the White House and IRS Building with about a dozen people (150% above last year so far). It's early for the newspapers and tv stations, so I be calling in to get more news coverage of our protest at 10 am. The Washington Post will have an editor examine our story for publication about 10 am, they tell us.

Our sandwitch boards are the key to coverage, I think. They make one person into ten; a walking billboard of our ideas, and we have 9 of them. Gene.

Ok, I have you (Rolf Lindgren), Robert Clarkson and Doug Kenline on my Libertarian Party Presidential Exploratory Committee. I need to know what paperwork is required to run, what kind of speaking schedule I'd need to have thru Nov. 2008, etc.

While I don't think the Libertarian Party has the machinery in place now to win the White House, I do think we now have the machinery to influence what happens in the White House.

I plan to run on the slogan:

"I am an anti-communist!"

Well, I'm at the hotel six blocks from the White House. They tell me the IRS Building is closed due to flooding. (I did pray for God to close the building last year at the First Annual Slave Freedom Event, so I can't be upset at answered prayer, I guess.) It won't effect our work. We're there for the people.

We have about 12 people coming I understand, sandwitch boards and 10,000 pieces of anti-communist material to pass out at the White House and IRS building, July 3 and 4, 1-5 pm each day.

I'm at 202-457-0565 room 207 and will have my cell at the protests: 972-872-0784.

The Washington Post is interested in the class action materials, so we may get coverage of the Second Annual Slave Freedom Event. I'll call other press on Monday morning, when they are open for business.

I am setting up an exploratory committee concerning my possible run for President of The United States under the Libertarian Party. Gene.

Why I Protest the IRS

I am convinced of intelligent design, and this demands an intelligent designer -- God. The manifestation of Jesus Christ in biblical and extra-biblical evidences, as being raised from the dead, makes him a fact of history and his claims of being the son of God are therefore to be aknowledged TRUTH.

The God of Christianity presents Himself through Scripture as One who works through WORD, being WORD Himself. And so we are to go to Washington D.C. on July 2-4 to present God in WORD to the President of The United States, the IRS and all others in leadership, including the million Americans expected to be there for the holiday.

Our point is to protest/ attack the Commuinst aggression of our Communist U. S. Government upon Christians and Christ through their imposition of the ten planks of "The Communist Manifesto" and associated communist activities. Karl Marx proposed that "communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion and all morlaity" (p. 242, "The Commuinst Manifesto," Penguin Classics Edition).

Marx's attack to abolish Christianity in specific is partly empowered by income taxes (2 Plank of "The Communist Manifesto"). We stand against all ten planks and believe Billy Graham, Bob Jones III, Pat Robertson, D. James Kennedy and other prominent preachers to have rejected Christ and bowed in submission to the proverbial "golden image" (see: Book of Daniel) of Karl Marx, an open anti-Christ. Gene Chapman

All the signs are ready for the "Second Annual Slave Freedom Event" in Washington D.C. this coming Sunday thru Tuesday. I'm on my way up to New York City and back down to D.C. for the holiday and our protest. It should be informative for the million people expected to be in D.C. on the mall area. Gene

I've been having trouble with the radiator sensor in my truck the past two days in Las Cruces, NM and now El Paso, TX. I've got my load of onions in the shade and in a 25 mile per hour breeze on the hill at the Freightliner dealership, while they work on the truck. Should deliver in Birmingham, AL Sunday, as of now. Gene.
