February 28, 2005

Hello All:

Here is a shout out to my fellow inmates who listen to Dr. John Corbin on the FM Radios here in the Greenville County Detention Center, 20 McGeee Street, Greenville, SC 29601. We have a connection between us with Dr. Corbin's show. Dr. Corban addresses my "slavery" related topics in part from my meeting with him a couple of months ago here in Greenville.

Thanks also for Dr. Corbin's discussions of me and my effort to end tax slavery. We are getting dood reception here in the prison for your whole broadcast and rebroadcast.

Call Dr. Clarkston to get the radio show on the internet, for those of you on the net.

Gene K. Chapman

PS. I have written Arum Gandhi for help in figuring my present dilemma.

Sunday February 20, 2005

It's 12 noon, and we just got our trays for lunch after being locked down all morning. An African-American man died on the bottom run of cells this morning. I found out that the inmate who died is Isaiah. He was teaching me the basics of nuclear power, as he used to work at a nuclear power plant. They say he was complaining of chest pains, but no one got him help for hours. Isaiah was a nice fellow who didn't need to die.

Re: Update

Well I arrived one week ago tonight at the Greenville County Detention Center, 20 McGee St, Greenville, S.C. 29601. The jail is clean where I've been, but everyone says the judges are dishonorable. Perhaps my web discussions will shed light on that matters. God always has a reason, Amen (Romans 8:28).

My trial was a bench trial, as it might have taken 3 months before I could have a jury trial. That doesn't speak well of a "speedy trial". I have yet to be sentenced to a "30 day sentence or a $500 fine." Presumably, that is the maximum for a misdemeanor like mine.

They found me guilty of "reckless endangerment" because I threatened to take my own life in the IRS parking lot and they claim they felt propane leaking from my empty propane tank through the stove that has never had propane come through it in the 4 years I've owned the RV (My trucking career may be over with this on my record, but at least the IRS can't claim I can pay them $50,000 now). No job, no money.

We need 87,000 people in jail to have the relative power of the 100,000 people Gandhi had in jail with him when breaking the back of British rule. With Dick Simkanin, Al Thompson and myself in jail, we only have 86,997 more to go.

They want to present me with a "Do Not Trespass" notice for the Greenville IRS Building. This means that if there is a next time, I'm not going to be able to let anyone know before hand. How funny.

We now have 3 people in the Self Immolation Pact.

I am beginning to wonder if there really is a wrench thrown in my brain somewhere. I'm on a path that won't let me stop my march toward the end of the IRS and tax slavery. It's as if there is a drum beating out a steady pace toward the IRS building in Washington, DC. It's like what Joan of Arc reported of a drum beat that she knew to be the "drum beat of God."

I've always said "If the IRS will leave me alone, I'll leave the IRS alone."

I'm praying about a move to Washington, DC to live in a homeless shelter two blocks from the White House. Please get me some phone numbers and addresses.

I'll need donations to buy copies pf We The People and Theft By Deception materials. My new paper "Five Things Christians Are Not To 'Render Unto Caesar' (Government)" will also need printing. Like a missionary to a foreign land, I'll need monthly support, so anyone with $500, $250, $100 or $50 monthly support they would commit to this effort over this summer and fall, please write me.

Also, if you write me a letter and want a reply, please include a money order to me of at least 50 cents. I'm overjoyed to write back, but I'm broke and can't afford basics. Just moments ago, they let me have a Bible - only took 7 days, 4 hours to get a New Testament Bible in this place.

I need the address of all U.S. Senators and Congressmen in their home districts to mail out my paper on what we do not render unto Caesar. I see no reason to stop the work while in jail. I'll also need money for stamped envelopes on my canteen bank account. Money orders will be good for this too. Some may wish to make copies and mail my paper yourselves. In jail, I'm a full time tax protester, so let's take advantage of Big Brother's help to the movement by keeping me in funds on my canteen account to continue out noble work to free the nation from slavery.

Continued February 19th

The food here is so bland (no salt) that it's like eating out of a garbage bucket. I think my dad's hogs ate better food when I was a boy, but I'm thankful to eat at all.

I got a whole Bible this morning and am now breaking down Christ's "Sermon on the Mount" (Matthew 5-7). This is the Christian basis of Gandhi's work and later Dr. King's. My heart is set upon Matthew 5:11 & 12 today: "Blessed are ye when men shall revile you, persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you."

Thanks for all the nice letters. Tell Rick Stanley that I appreciate the high ranking in h is group's list of Patriots. I'm no Jefferson or Adams, but I;m doin' my best. Actually, God deserves all the glory on the matter of tax slavery. It was God who, through the pen of the Apostle Paul, said "menstealers" "enslavers" (I Timothy 1:10): (Greek word : andropodistes). who impose a taxing of labor (ie. property/income tax) upon uncondemed free persons; thus, under the judgment of the Moral Law of God. It was God through Paul's pen again in I Corinthians 7:26b who said "[I]f thou mayest be made free [from slavery], use it rather [for the Kingdom]" preferring freedom to slavery for the furtherance of Kingdom objectives. Souls may actuall end up in Hell because Christians are not persuing freedom from tax slavery. Interesting, I'd hate to be a Christian not working fr freedom from the IRS enslavers.

Please, Treasury Special Agent Major Banks come to see me for a talk. I can't call from where I am in jail, but we need a discussion of how to "descilate" (?) the situation between the 100,000 member tax honesty movement and the IRS.

The doctor is getting an exit date for me from the hospital to the Greenville County Jail. What we all seem agreed upon is that I have Dysthymic Disorder (depression for at least 2 years). This depression may reach back to when I was as young as 6 yrs. old. That's when I started being beaten by my older brother.

When the IRS began bullying me with no answers on my questions (where is my tax liability in the Law?) I escaped and still do into an alternate reality where I believe God can and will change my circumstance and correct the bullying through nonviolent force.

this belief means that I cannot deal with letters from the IRS without escaping the evil into my alternate reality where Truth wins all discussions and self martyrdom is the limit.
