Ok, we looked at your position: It reads in Section 6151(a): General rule.-- Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, when a return of tax is required under this title or regulations, the person required to make such return shall, without assessment or notice and demand from the Secretary, pay such tax to the internal revenue officer with whom the return is filed, and shall pay such tax at the time and place fixed for filing the return (determined without regard to any extension of time for filing the return).

Simple. There is no "return of tax" from me or any individual "person" I'm aware of "required" to do anything under this subsection. Correct my ignorance. Gene.


666 "Mark of the Beast Mode"

When I was a little boy, all the old preachers within and outside of my family told me that 'when the Social Security number transforms from being a benign little number connected to the Social Security Administration into being a national control number over every aspect of my personal life, I should get away from it.' Well, that time has come, and I hope other Christians will join me so that we can set the stage for our children and maybe ourselves to live in a Christian Underground culture together outside the control of the Beast/ AntiChrist of Revelation 13 and 14.

In the summer of 2004, I spoke to the Assistant Pastor to Chuck Swindoll, the famed radio preacher. He told me the most liberal calculations for the entrance of the AntiChrist on the world stage are about fifty (50) years out by their estimates.

Since the attacks of 9/11/2001, many Chrsitian ministers with whom I interact around the country tell me of increasing changes of U.S. Government control efforts over the citizens. Indeed, I've seen my own Social Security number demanded for bank accounts, credit cards, land purchases, job interviews, etc. more and more. I even know a man who turned his credit card over a few months ago and found 888 on the back, as a further means of identification on his credit card. How easy it would be for that number to have been 666 instead.

The "income tax" (2nd Plank of "The Communist Manifesto") is used over most all of the world these days, I'm informed, and that tells me that Government identification numbers like our America Social Security number are used to enforce that Socialist Communist system of taxation in those places.

The "mark of the beast" is described as being a Government imposed control number over every person's ability to "buy or sell" (Revelation 13:17). Many Christian theologians tell me that the number being "in their foreheads" (Reveletion 13:16) may indicate that the number is not seen in the skin of the forehead but received by or "in" the mind. And the number in the "right hand" (Revelation 13:16) may well be a debit card or credit card.

Finally, those who take the mark of the beast, "small and great, rich and poor, free and bond" (Revelation 13:16) are described to face "the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels ...." (Revelation 14:10). I don't know what the "wine of the wrath of God" is like, but I think I'd rather face any of man's wrath wrath over risking God's wine, fire and brimstone. We are clearly in "mark of the beast mode" in America and around the world, so I see it as the duty of every Christian to escape this new use I describe of the social security number.

It's time for Christians to get out of the system!

Things you might do to escape the "mark of the beast mode" are:

1) Close all financial accounts at banks, brokerage houses, credit card companies, etc. Recycle checks to pay bills.

2) Don't own land but rent, in my examination of things. Some say that we shouldn't own land in our own name but might in a another name.

3) Interact with other Christians to build a system of money outside the Federal Reserve System. Learn to barter, etc.

4) Start riding horses and bicycles and sell your car if you can.

5) Live close to work and work for cash when possible.

6) Find caves where you can hide your family from the AntiChrist and the IRS.

7) Be prepared to take your life like Samson and Jesus (Jesus said concerning his life: "No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself . . . ." John 10:18), if they find you, as they will try to trick or force you to take the mark of the beast or what is the prelude to it (Social Security number) at every turn. This self martyerdom theology comes from Dr. J. Vernon McGee, the world renown radio preacher, who claimed that a Christian facing horrific torture from a Communist agressor, etc., would be well off to take their life and would not violate Holy Scripture in doing so.

8) Fast and pray for the Lord's soon return. Repent of your sins, join a Bible based church, except Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

For those who propose that we should just "be subject unto the higher powers" (Romans 13:1) or "render therefore unto Caesar" (Luke 20:25), meaning 'give government whatever it asks of us without question or reservation,' I suggest you read Revelation 14:9-10 and tell me how we are to let that government impose the mark of the beast upon us in God's will.

I would remind you that 11 of the Apostles were murdered by governmens for preaching the Gospel, so Caesar (government) clearly has not ultimate control over every decision for the Christian. There are those things that we are to 'render unto God' (Luke 20:25). "Fox's Book of Martyrs" is full of Christians who died in the dillema between government's demands and God's demands that conflict with government, so this is old news.

Further, Christian University level Greek scholars from the highest theological levels of two different American denominations tell me that the taxation of labor/ property is slavery: "menstealers" (KJV) -- "enslaver" (I Timothy 1:10): (Greek word: andrapodistes) -- one who imposes a taxing of labor (i.e. property/ income tax) upon, and counts as cattle (i.e. social security number), uncondemned free persons; thus under the judgment of the Moral Law of God. These same Greek scholars tell me that Christians are instructed to persue freedom from slavery in I Corinthians 7:21b (If you may be made free [from slavery], use it.) and I Corinthians 7:23 (You [free Christians] be categorically not the literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary slaves of men.) Clearly, Caesar (the government official) is not to be followed blindly.


I'm to apply for a trucking job today at $0.47 per mile, an 11 cent per mile pay raise, if it works out. But, it will need to respect my religious views on the mark of the beast, etc.

I have a place to stay for $400 a month, so the cave thing is off for now.

Are we a nation of laws or of men? If we are a nation of men, then let's throw law in the trash. If we are a nation of laws, then let's see the law that imposed a tax liability on individuals.

This is the central issue in Romans 13. Is the higher power law or men?


I ate at a homeless kitchen today. We had fish sticks, mashed potatoes and iced tea. I am to eat Thanksgiving dinner at another homeless shelter tomorrow and then another homeless shelter Thursday for the final Thanksgiving dinner. They only feed lunch, but I'm thankful for that.

I'm getting set up to either move into a cave up in the mountains or go into the homeless shelter. Tomorrow, I'm looking for caves and going to libraries to study survival off the land.

I will be leaving my current setting on Friday morning. My insurance runs out on the rv in mid December ($210 a year), so I expect to be on foot about then. I need a good sleeping bag that keeps out water and keeps in alot of heat all the way up to the face.

I put in a job application today, but they are not wanting to hire in the holiday season. Pray God's will be done. Gene.

They will carry the expanded "enslaver" definition from the one that has been so effective in causing IRS employees to both announce their resignation and express moral dillema in working for the IRS. I am living on a credit card, so anything you who care for me can mail in to my address on the top right of this page will be greatly appreciated.

I found a camp ground near Anderson, S.C. that charges $266 a month plus electricity. I don't have a heater in the rv, and it does leak in all this winter rain, but I can stay alive in it. I can't afford a phone, but I will get one, if the Lord provides me a job soon. I'm hunting for a new career to get me out of trucking, as I feel the "mark of the beast" issue will demand a change of longterm directions for my life.

In U.S.C.42 Chapter 21B:

Section 2000bb-1. Free exercise of religion protected

(a) In general
Government shall not substantially burden a person's exercise of
religion even if the burden results from a rule of general
applicability, except as provided in subsection (b) of this
section.
(b) Exception
Government may substantially burden a person's exercise of
religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to
the person -
(1) is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest;
and
(2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that
compelling governmental interest.
(c) Judicial relief
A person whose religious exercise has been burdened in violation
of this section may assert that violation as a claim or defense in
a judicial proceeding and obtain appropriate relief against a
government. Standing to assert a claim or defense under this
section shall be governed by the general rules of standing under
article III of the Constitution.


"2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that
compelling governmental interest."

In my case on the 1st Amendment, the Government has taxed both labor directly and then property through leins and levys. I have offered to make an equitable and reasonable effort to pay a sales tax of a reasonable percentage on all goods purchased for all years back thru 1999 to avoid the problem three Greek scholars, two associated with Bob Jones University and a third in the leadership of the Southern Baptist Convention and First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Georgia, present me in a study of I Timothy 1:10.

The troubling word is "menstealers" in the King James Version. In the Greek Lexicon it is "enslaver" (andrapodistes) -- 1) one who unjustly reduces free men to slavery; 2) one who steals the slaves of another and resells them; 3) one who counts as cattle and treats as chattle uncondemned free persons.

My definition is a compilation of these presented above: "enslaver" -- one who imposes a taxing of labor (i.e. income tax) upon an uncondemned free person; thus, under the judgment of the Moral Law of God.

My, so far, three out of three Greek scholars agree that my definition is an accurate application of the word, andrapodistes.

Further, there is a small dispute between the two Bob Jones University (BJU) associated Greek scholars and the one at First Baptist Church (FBC) of Atlanta, Georgia. The BJU associated Greek scholars agree with my examination of I Corinthians 7:23: "You [free Christians] be categorically not the [literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary] slaves of men." I asserted to them that my religion forbids me to be a slave, assuming I am a "free Christian." BJU associated Greek scholars say, 'I have an "arguable case that should be respected by the elected officials" I approach with it.' The FBC, Atlanta Greek scholar says that I Corinthians 7:23 should read, "You [slave or free Christians] be categorically not the metaphorical slaves of men." The idea is to focus on freedom in your mind and freedom from slavery will eventually come. The FBC Greek scholar proposes that I would be better served to use I Corinthians 7:21b: "If you may be made free [from slavery], use it." He conveyed that dying for this theological position would be morally acceptable and not demand as long a discussion as I Corinthians 7:23 to get back to demanding freedom from slavery.

The Southern Baptist Convention lists 16 million members, while Bob Jones University lists over 70,000 graduates. Thus, I expect my views are not out of the mainstream.

Concerning the moral sales tax offer I made to the IRS long ago, the brilliant minds at the IRS have yet to calculate the math. I offered to pay as much as 23% on all purchases out of my personal assets from January 1999 thru December 2004. My rough math indicates that the IRS, under the current immoral system of complex extortion, would expect about $16,000 to $18,000 in taxes, based on historic norms. Under my proposal of a moral covenant system of sales taxes, I'd pay the IRS about $23,000 to $25,000 in taxes for the same time period. The IRS prefers to put its foot on my economic neck rather than take in an additional $7,000 to $9,000 in revenue under a moral system that would respect my religious demand to keep my books and records mine (I Corinthians 7:21b -- freedom from slavery instructed), keep me out of the use of the "mark of the beast" (see: Revelation 13 and 14) by forcing me to use a social security number, etc.

Government has demonstrated nothing to me in six years of asking, "Where is my tax liability in the law?" Government has demonstraded nothing to me at all but that it intends to enslave me in an extortion system based on magic laws that the IRS has never produced for public or private display. Even Terry Lemons, the Communications Director of the IRS in Washington, D.C., told me before two Treasury Agents in the main building lobby that "there is no single sentence anywhere that indicates an individual has a tax liability."

I am to go looking for a job tomorrow. I see lots of trucking jobs in the paper, but I need to be close to home here in South Carolina these days to help out the movement and stay informed on my case with the IRS. I'll probably focus on a new career, as trucking's hours of service problem is now fixed, and I see no further need for a minister working on that industry.

Dr. Clarkson is very informative, and he thinks my 1st Amendment argument, that the taxation of labor and property is slavery, should be a wonderful and powerful addition to his 5th Amendment arguments already tested in court summons cases. We may also tie in the Slavery Amendment in some minor way.

I'll be trying to reconnect with the Harvard Greek Scholar tomorrow as well as buying a few bumper stickers on the I Timothy 1:10 text to pass out to leaders.

I may be in a homeless shelter soon, but I'm ok with Clarkson for another week, he says. He has another guest situation coming up. Gene.
