(Slave Freedom Movement)

Doug Kenline asked me to help him stop withholding at his employer, so here goes:

Get a copy of Irwin Schiff's book, The Federal Mafia. Fill out a w-4 the way Irwin shows, front and back. Photo copy the "Affidavit" in that same section and fill it out. Get the affidavit notarized along with the following letter:

Dear Sirs:

As a "free" Christian, I am unauthorized to be the slave of man or mankind in any way. The text reads in the Greek translation: "You [free Christians] be categorical not the literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary slaves of men" (I Corinthians 7:23b).

The IRS seeks to gain my "voluntary servitude"/ slavery in the matter of the income tax, as America has no "involuntary servitude"/ slavery, presented in the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution:

Passed by Congress January 31, 1865. Ratified December 6, 1865.

Note: A portion of Article IV, section 2, of the Constitution was superseded by the 13th amendment.

Section 1.
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

As you can see in I Corinthians 7:23b, it is a sin for me to be a voluntary or involuntary slave. I have no choice in the matter but to reject any involvement in income or property taxes, as a matter of my Christian religious moral conduct.

Furthermore, it is a sin for anyone to impose such a tax upon another person. In I Timothy 1:10, we read the word, "menstealers." In the Greek, this word is "andrapodistes" -- One who unjustly reduces free men to slavery/ servitude. "Unjustly" is an adverb modifier from which we conclude upon contextual examination of Scripture allows only for penal servitude/ slavery. (For example, if a person engages in armed robbery, they may be justly reduced to servitude/ slavery in prison or in a work camp where their labor is taxed by another.)

Thus, it is a violation of the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution and my free exercise privilege for me to pay income and/ or property taxes, and it is also a violation of the same constitutional provision for anyone to be forced to extract such taxes from me.

Most respectfully,

Doug Kenline

It appears I'll be stuck in Mt. Vernon, Texas for the next few days, as we let the holiday pass. I picked up a load of hay in Gaylord, Kansas yesterday, after leaving Denver. I'm to deliver nearbye tomorrow morning here in Texas.

If anyone wants a video of my 30 minute talk on vhs or dvd, I'll be happy to forward it to you for free. The whole issue of the "morality claim" the government tries to make on the income tax is thrown out the window in my talk. Gene.

Pictures From The Road

My truck being unloaded in Alabama a week ago.

Denver and the Mountains in the Distance.

Entering Denver

Well, Rick is on bed rest with a sickness, per his wife.

I want to make clear for some who suggest I should do away with my bank account, driver's license, stock retirement account, etc., that I'm growing in this movement and am unable to justify at this time how it is proper for the government to enslave me simply because I want to drive a vehicle to make a living, have an investment or a piece of property. If I give in and do away with all I own, then I'm buying into their world view. As long as I have the Death Fast at my disposal, the government offers me no slavery that can hold me. Gene.

Well, I'm in Denver looking for Rick Stanley for dinner at my hotel.

The ride up was good, and I got a chance to look over my video. It's gonna knock the socks off of America's preachers!

E-MAIL: to get your copy. I think he is charging $10 plus $5 for shipping. Anyone who uses this video in their court case will have me going to the wall for them! It is a sin to pay or collect income or property taxes.

Pictures are off to Doug for posting here.

A Letter From Dick Simkanin

13 MAY 04 A.D.

Hey Brother Gene,

Well, I don't know about racking up the treasure in heaven by being here in a U.S. Gulag (Prison), but here I'll stay until our Lord decides to free me. I have been praying my heart out that Jesus reveal to me exactly what He will have me do, but I'm not getting any clear answers.

A fellow Christian up in Washington state sent me a complete verse by verse study of the "Acts of the Apostles." It also includes many photos of some of the places in the middle east that is believed certain events took place. Of special interest to me was the 16 chapter where Paul and Silas must deal with the Roman authorities. Luke of course is the lawyer who is basically laying a defense and presenting it to Theophilus. There is no doubt in my mind we are doing the right thing, striving to obey God rather than man. However, I am not 100% convinced that I am doing it the right way. I keep thinking about being wise as serpents and harmless as doves. I can only believe that as time goes by, Jesus will reveal to me what He will have me do.

Thank you for the Strong's definitions of the word ANDRAPODISTES. How does a definition become a definition instead of an opinion? Only when it is defined in a recognized publication such as Strongs or Websters or Fund & Wagnal. Anyway than you for going to the trouble of copying all that down.

Fred sent me some funds for my Commissary, It is much appreciated. The prison staff announced today they will no longer supply razors, tooth brushes and soap. Everyone must buy they own from the Commissary. Just another way to cut expenses and make more profit at the same time. It's "THE LAW ENFORCEMENT GROWTH INDUSTRY" at it's finest.

SEVEN YEARS - May God bless you Judge McBryde according to your deeds.

God Bless you my friend,

Richard Simkanin
Political (prisoner? - this was left blank, but in other letters he's signed off as "Political Prisoner")

(written along the edge) I just received your research on the word androposites (enslaver) from David Goodyear, thanks again.

"All Scripture"

There are those who would like to throw the Old Testament in the trash and continue on with the New Testament for life guidance. Paul the Apostle asserts: "All scripture is given by the inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (II Timothy 3:16).

Once, I heard Robert Tilton on the tv say, "We don't need no doctrine around here!" Knowing above passage from memory in Bible College, I just clicked the channel and never turned back ever again to give him the time of day.

No, all scripture has value, the Bible tells us. We do not live under the tithe mandate in the New Covenant, but we can glean from Malachi 3:8 and see that God is interested in us consistently giving to His work: "Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings."

God is looking for an economic exchange with his people, and we rob him of that interaction when we do not give to His work. It's as if God is sitting there with a big pile of everything we could ever need or want and is waiting for an interaction. He wants to see some faith; it's just his way. God wants to play marbles with us, but we just sit there and say, "We'll use your marbles, God." God wants to go to the beach with us but we say, "We'll use your towels and gas and air and sunlight and sun blocker, etc." God begins to feel abused in such circumstances and uses the word "robbed" to describe our arrogance that he has to do everything, when He is looking for a relationship. Treat God with a little respect and pay some of the way; you'll be surprised where it gets you.
