A Letter From Dick Simkanin
2 MAY 04 A.D.
Hey Brother Gene,
Sounds like you have a lot going on in Atlanta. I wish I could join you as we would probably make a good team.
I support your approach to this tax fraud 100%. Instead of us keep shoving their law in their faces, we need to be putting God's laws in front of them. America was founded as a Christian nation and was never intended to be anything else. On February 29, 1892 (leap year) the supreme court of the united states, in a 9-0 decision, in a case called Trinity Church v, U.S., declared that we were indeed a Christian nation. In 1982, Congress passed Public Law 96-280 making 1982 the Year of the Bible and declared that the people of America would do well to follow the principals in the Holy Scriptures (Bible). America is turning its back on Jesus Christ and many parts of our country are now in the same position as Sodom and Gomorra. I have heard it said, that if God does not bring His judgment upon the united States, He will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorra.
You and I both know that God will have His way and His prophecies will come true. You and I will not be caught asleep when the Bridegroom arrives, for our lamps will be trimmed and we will be ready for the wedding feast.
Whatever you do, do it for the Lord and not for me or anyone else. I pray He gives you strength to do His will.
Well, McBryde sentenced me to seven (7) years. You see how blessed I am, SEVEN is the most powerful number in the Bible.
Please send more info on I Tim 1:10 and the Greek word "andrapodistes." Suggest photo copies from Strongs, etc.

The Constitution forbids "involuntary servitude." Servitude is slavery, as we all know. So it is quite informative to read the Greek translation of I Corinthians 7:23: "You [free Christians] be categorically not the literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary slaves of men."
The government comes to a free Christian, as we are told we are all free in America. (Supposedly, we have an "inalienable right of liberty" in the Declaration of Independence.) And this government that has no Caesar or dictator asks us to "volunteer" to "voluntary servitude" or "voluntary slavery" (same thing) in the income tax. Our answer, as free Christians, is that we are "bought with a price" ( I Cor. 7:23a). That price is the finished work of Jesus Christ for our sins. We do not have the authority to be the slaves of men, literally, figuratively, involuntarily or voluntarily. That's right out of the Greek.
It is a sin for a free Christian to become the slave of men, "literally, figuratively, involuntarily or voluntarily." How many Christians do you know who want to be seen living in open public sin? Gene.
