Well, I just got in from speaking to the third of Dr. Clarkson's patriot groups in a week. We had a great time.

At the IRS/ Atlanta Federal Building today, Robert Ingle and I protested together over his lunch hour, but I of course stayed the day, as is expected. Today, I could see profound spiritual conviction on the faces of the IRS employees, as they passed me on the street for lunch.

One lady said that she will check my definition of "enslaver" before moving in any direction on her job at the IRS. I invited her to do just that, and I'll be happy to help her see: "Enslaver" (I Timothy 1:10): (Greek word: andrapodistes) One who imposes a taxing of labor (i.e. income tax) upon an uncondemned free person; thus, under the judgment of the Moral Law of God.

Another lady was almost in tears to contemplate what it meant to be a black woman who is descended from slaves and now herself defined by God's Word as an "enslaver." Be in prayer.

I fully expect at any moment to hear that half or maybe even the entire IRS staff has resigned here in Atlanta at the Federal Building. It's just that real to experience what God is doing with the IRS employees.

I'll be doing a bonified exorcism on Sunday after next at 3 pm ET on the Federal Building. Please attend if you are a Christian of faith in Christ.

Two very good pictures are off to Doug Kenline for posting at

It appears that a Mr. Russo, a Libertarian U.S. Presidential candidate, has added me to his blog roll, along with Doug Kenline. I hope my head doesn't explode. Thanks you, sir. Gene Chapman.

Let it be said that today, April 15, 2004, was a productive day. I sat from 8 am ET to 3 pm ET outside the Atlanta Federal Building asking who was against "armed robbery." At lunch time, a woman took one of the 250 cards I passed out during the day to various IRS employees and very quietly informed me, as she returned from lunch down the block, that she realized now that working for the IRS is "immoral" and assured me that she was going to "quit" her job "at the IRS."

I thanked her and began telling all the other IRS employees about how this one soul had been redeemed from the fire of the IRS. About an hour later, a man with the IRS told me that he would take my material home and examine it and that he would give his two week notice at the IRS if he sees merit in my websites and printed material. I explained that we Christians are to "have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." He agreed.

About 3 other women with the IRS said that they were trapped in a good paying job with the IRS, and I told them that "You gotta stop that thievin'." "Thieves shall not inherit the kingdom of God," I kept repeating. Pray for the Atlanta Project.

No news media showed up today. I'm gonna see if I can get with Sherri Jackson and help her tonight at a post office.

Pictures are off to Doug for posting.

IRS Confrontation in Knoxville, Tennessee

The Great One (Dr. Clarkson) wore his red cape and Gene wore his Gandhi toga. The TV reporters and cameras interviewed Ray and he did an excellent job. Of course they had to give the IRS some time and the agent said we would be prosecuted! We understand that channel 10 gave us 2 or 3 min.

RE: Report on Ray's Due Process Hearing.
> There were about 12 of us picketing with

They would only

FREEDOM is not Free!

The last couple of days have been quite productive!

We got to Knoxville, Tennessee for an IRS Confrontation with Dr. Robert Clarkson yesterday. We had about 20 +/- at the confrontation at the Federal Building. About 15 police cars and two jail wagons drove up and parked across the street from us. Three tv stations showed up and filmed us all. I got the quote of the day: "The taxation of labor and property is a violation of Christian Scripture; Eccl. 3:13 teaches that it is the gift of God for a man to enjoy the fruit of his labor; the state has no claim on labor or property."

(Dr. Clarkson earned his doctorate in law at the University of South Carolina in the 1970's after serving in the military in Vietnam as a lieutenant. He practiced three years before he stopped paying bar dues in protest.)

I spoke to both the Knoxville (30 present) and the Asheville (30 present) groups the last two days for Dr. Clarkson, and I find a good feeling in dealing with the Patriot Network.

Dr. Clarkson agreed to join the board of directors of the Christian AntiCommunist Party today, as well. Our co-founder of the party, Rick Stanley, should be proud. Clarkson has led a group of about 15 patriot Constitutional study groups scattered around South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Northern Florida for 30 years. Each group has about 30 members show up at each location once or twice per month, and there is estimated to be about 3,000 people currently tied to Dr. Clarkson, with Clarkson believed to be responsible for untaxing 16,000 American in his career.

Dr. Clarkson has asked me to go to work for him, so I'm praying about that.

The Atlanta Protest officially starts at 0700 ET at the Federal Building at 401 W. Peachtree St. (Federal Building) April 14th. Tomorrow.

I'll be speaking to make a video for Dr. Clarkson's Patriot Network Friday night from 7 pm to 9 pm in the Taccoa, Ga. at the Patriot Network meeting place there.

I've had a wonderful time with Dr. Clarkson and look forward to a long and productive association with him. Gene Chapman. 888-606-9379.

Financial Report:

ATLANTA PROJECT: Starting Balance: -($1861.12). Deposits: $36.00 (Thanks to the Clarkson Meeting folks). Expenditures: April 9: ($10.40) food; April 10: ($17.80) meal a guest and myself, ($14.00) pizza and tip. Total Expenditures: ($42.20). Ending Balance: -($1867.32). Gene.

Alot of ducks have to be in a row to do a fast, and I'm getting very involved with Robert Clarkson and his events right now, so let's not tie me to doing a fast just yet. I spoke to about 30 people with Clarkson here in Atlanta yesterday and took in about $36 in donations. (We don't ask for donations, so that was pretty good.) I'll be going to Clarkson's home tonight to travel with him to Knoxville, Tennessee for an "Confrontation With The IRS" in Monday. That sould be interesting.

I'll be speaking in Asheville, North Carolina, according to Clarkson, but I didn't commit to go yet to North Carolina.

Friday night they are to film me talking about my work and the Bible vs. the 10 planks of The Communist Manifesto.
