"Respect of Persons"

In the book of James, we find an admonition to the believers in verse one (1) of chapter two (2). It reads, "My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, The Lord of glory, with respect of persons."

As we read on, we find that is wholly ungodly to place one man above another in matters of God's work. If one man has fine clothes, don't place him in the better seat at service time. That's why I wear loin clothes; I like better seats in church (ha ha).

God has chosen the poor to be rich in faith (vs. 5), you see, so we must be very careful not to rebuke someone or lessen someone in public who is not our presumed equal. When I saw the rebuke of Doug Kenline in Ft. Worth by Charlie Beall this past week, I noted this section of Scripture in my mind. I see people in flashy suits kicking a good man or woman, and something in me goes off.

Don't get me wrong, I've been in lots of flashy suits over a lifetime in and around the ministry and various board rooms of American corporations. I think I own 7 to 9 suits now. I've been to Hawaii on stock market profits that I made on my own in years past. I'm no weakling when it comes to standing in the halls of power; I've been there. I know what it is to make a man $87,000 in five hours in the stockmarket. I know what it is to lead a board of directors into a billion dollar purchase. But I chose to be less than that lifestyle that I might become closer to Christ. I've found a better investment than 100% returns every 8.14 months in the market. God offers 10,000% per annum, compounded.

This week, my remaining stocks went up 40%. I'll sell them in a few days to pay off my last personal bills and hit the road. I'm laying up treasure in heaven these days. I would say to Charlie Beall and others, "Be careful whom you deplore; that person might just be bigger in the eternal plan than you are." I'm sure there are many trillionaires in the kingdom of Christ who don't even own a suit or run an economy of scale.

Hi Gene,

I Need a copy of both transcripts 11 to 1 win and 29 to 2 loss. I need the notes sent to the judge from the jury. I need a copy of indictment and what ever else you think I might need. I am real glad to hear from you and get WTP to pay for the cost of copying. If you can have dick call me, I believe the government will put him on probation. Tell him to check out my sentencing in my book, I sent him a copy.

Sincerely,

Bob Graham Sr.

Man guilty of 29 tax violations
By Max B. Baker
Star-Telegram Staff Writer

FORT WORTH - After deliberating for more than 13 hours over two days, a federal jury Wednesday convicted Bedford businessman and tax protester Richard Simkanin on 29 counts of violating U.S. income tax laws.

The jury of six men and six women delivered its verdict shortly after 8 p.m. They remained deadlocked on two counts within the indictment, leading U.S. District Judge John McBryde to declare a mistrial on those charges.

Simkanin stood silently with his hands behind his back, showing no emotion, as a court clerk read the 29 guilty verdicts. Some supporters in the courtroom dabbed their eyes; others glared at the judge.

Simkanin, 59, is scheduled to be sentenced April 30, Assistant U.S. Attorney David Jarvis said. He can get up to five years on each of the 25 felony counts and up to a year on each of the four misdemeanor charges.

"Justice was served, and we're pleased that the jury understood that no one is above the law," Jarvis said.

Arch McColl, the Dallas lawyer representing Simkanin, said his client was denied a fair trial because McBryde did not allow him to present key evidence on whether Social Security, Medicare and income taxes are voluntary.

McColl said he expects to win on appeal, but he added that it is time for Americans to pay attention to what happened in court.

"I'm terribly disappointed," McColl said. "It was not a fair trial in accordance with the Sixth Amendment of the Constitution that includes the fundamental right to present evidence on your own behalf."

Robert Schulz, founder of We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education, a group that questions the validity of the nation's tax laws, told Simkanin's supporters that the defendant was prepared for the worst.

"His spirits are fine. His faith is strong," Schulz said.

This is the second time Simkanin has gone on trial. In November, McBryde declared a mistrial when jurors who deliberated for eight hours said that they were deadlocked and could not reach a unanimous verdict.

Simkanin is almost considered to be a political prisoner by groups that question the validity of the nation's tax laws. They contend that most Americans are not required to pay income taxes.

They are particularly hostile toward the Internal Revenue Service, an agency that, they say, is not an official government entity.

Simkanin's supporters came from around the country. They held a vigil at the courthouse, at one time praying in the hallway. They often gave him a thumbs-up gesture as he entered the courtroom. Once, Simkanin got a standing ovation.

During the trial, Simkanin testified that he didn't withhold employees' taxes for Medicare and Social Security benefits because his research did not produce a law showing that participation in the programs was mandatory.

But Simkanin backed away from some of his anti-government comments, saying they were a mistake. He once wrote to the U.S. Treasury secretary saying that he had repatriated himself from the United States to the "Republic of Texas."

When McColl tried to query witnesses on legal definitions of "employee" and "wages," McBryde cut him off. The judge told jurors they could not question the constitutionality of the tax code.

Prosecutors put 11 witnesses on the stand to show that Simkanin knew what he was doing when he stopped withholding and paying taxes. Under federal tax laws, ignorance of tax codes can be used as a legal defense.

Jurors sent out seven notes during their 11 hours of deliberations Wednesday.

They asked for legal definitions and whether they had to review evidence on who does have to pay taxes.

McColl said his client's company, Arrow Custom Plastics, is in deep financial trouble because of his fights with the government. Simkanin has been in jail since June.

Simkanin was convicted on 10 felony counts of failing to withhold about $139,000 in taxes from employees' wages and 15 felony counts of filing false tax refund claims for about $235,000.

He also was found guilty of four misdemeanor counts of not filing individual income tax returns from 1998 to 2001. Simkanin had an estimated gross income of about $410,000 during those years, according to the indictment.

Dottie Harrison, a Simkanin supporter from Houston, said his allies will continue to fight.

"I'm in shock, but the determined energy everyone feels to overturn this injustice will be a catalyst that will expose the entire IRS fraud," she said.

I'm waiting for Doug Kenline to post my pictures on sexenslavement.blogspot.com and centralizedcontrol.blogspot.com. Gene.

Hi-Gene-I thought you might be interested in my findings of he past few years. I have been obtaining public records on public officials and some of those records are the records required by public officials to hold their public office.
One of those records required is a loyalty oath, which states that the person must swear that he/she will uphold the Constitutions and also the very last words in the oath form is as follows; quote, "and I am not a member of the Communist Party." end of quote.
Please be advised that I have collected many oaths on many public officials here in Georgia including the Attorney General, some of his assistants, the past Governor Roy Barnes, Secretary of State, Judges, Chiefs of police, Public Safety Department Patrol persons, Prosecutors, Local District Attorneys, Sheriffs and their deputies, Probate judges, clerks of courts and many others.
Would it supprise you that none of these oaths that I have collected have the words , i.e. "and I am not a member of the Communist Party."
As you most likley know each of them are holding their office illegally and without warrant and should be expelled. The Ga. law , OCGA 45-3-14, clearly states, that if any person failing to take their oaths and file them within the required time, then the governing authority under whom such person is employed shall cause such persons name be taken from the payroll and such person shall not be permitted to receive any payment from the state.
If your ever down this way your welcome to stop by. I could show you lots of documents that would open your eyes wider perhaps.
Your friend in liberty, Joe Hoyal, Zebulon, Ga.

The Cuban Freedom Legend Ramone Sanchez and I spoke on the phone today. He noted that he had done about 4 or 5 fasts for the freedom of Cuba over the years.

One fast, he related, had to do with a Grand Jury investigation concerning a possible assassination attempt on Fidel Castro in the 1980's, as I remember. He told of how he was locked up for not testifying. Mr. Sanchez related how that he had been a pro-violent overthrow proponent in years past but that he is now committed to nonviolent change, as I am. He told me of being strapped to a bed in the US prison for the first 26 days of his fast and that it lasted about 128 days. (I gather he was force fed by the government, given the number of days involved in his fasting.)

He related that he was very favorable toward our movement wanting to join in their struggle for Cuban freedom. He was unsure how the IRS and Castro were the same cause, exactly, but he is willing to learn.

As he spoke, he related that Castro is being protected by the US Government from overthrow. The Cubans would have removed Castro long ago but for US protection given Castro, he shared. I expressed that the Democratic Party in America has been infiltrated by Communists, per a World Net Daily article on how the Progressive Caucus is a front for the Democratic Socialists of America. I shared how that I feel both Republicans and Democrats are falling into the Communist philosophy and that this might explain the willingness to protect Castro from overthrow. Sanchez seemed open to hear more.

My 41 Day Fast to work to Free Cuba from Communism and bond the TAX SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT and the CUBAN FREEDOM MOVEMENT together begins Feb. 8 at 7 am in Miami, Florida, as of right now. We need volunteers to teach the Cuban people about our common goals and ideas in Miami.

Greetings to President Carter:

cis5.cartercenter.emory.edu
5:49 pm ET

Well, I have the blessing of the President of "Brothers To The Rescue" (a Cuban freedom group in Miami) to do the 41 day fast for the freedom of Cuba from Fidel Castro's Socialist Communist agenda. A man named Sanchez, who has done several fasts already in Miami for Cuban freedom, is to be in conversation with me about my planned fast. We may run the fast in the center of the Cuban community in Miami from Feb 8 thru March 20th.

I will then have 2 weeks to heal up for the TAX MARCH ON WASHINGTON to continue on April 2nd in Montgomery, Alabama. I'll do a 21 day fast for freedom from the Socialist Communist IRS in Atlanta. That's how it is looking right now. My motor home probably needs to stay in Atlanta. I may just take my tent and a couple of water canteens with me to do the Miami Fast, if we get it all together in time.

My hope is to build from the Miami Fast a brotherly bond between the Cuban Anti-Cummunist Community and the Anti-Communist Community I am already a part of in the TAX SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT. We have a common enemy: All ten planks of The Communist Manifesto. Let's see God remove Castro from power and bless us with a win and momentum for freedom from Socialist Communism in Washington and in all the earth.

Hi Al,

Sorry, I just heard about Dick's loss. I send my prayers out to him and his family at this hour.

Concerning my withdrawl from the WTP leaders, I feel it is time for Bob to step down from his position and allow the election of a president and state leadership, if it is to grow. I'm missing transparancy in WTP, and I cannot be a part of that kind of a work. The way to heal an infection is to put it in the sunlight, and Charlie Beall shutting down Doug Kenline for bringing sunlight into Ft. Worth is not the way to heal anything. I'm out of WTP until I see some financial reports and elections.

Back in the early 90's, I was privileged to serve on a board of directors with Dr. Jack Hyles, pastor of the renown First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana. With a high Sunday School attendance record of 118,000 and a membership of about 600,000, the church was known during Dr. Hyles' lifetime as having the "Largest Sunday School In The World." Dr. Hyles motto for the church was: "We Use Our Work To Build Our People, Not Our People To Build Our Work."

What I see at We The People is "We The Bob and Charlie." It appears to me to be a use of We The People of The United States for the purposes of a few elitist. Try to express an opposing opinion. You will be lucky to even talk to somebody and get a reply.

It is a 501c3 organization, has no elected leadership and promotes itself to be a guardian of the Constitution. And now our reporter to posterity has been rebuked by Charlie Beall for doing what? Reporting History? I'm glad we didn't put a WTP banner on my motor home there in Ft. Worth. I might be holding the title to a "proprietary" WTP motor home.

Watch out folks: When structure is not perfect within the biblical example, man will go in new directions that take freedoms from mankind. I am withdrawing my support for and association with WTP leadership (not the people, just the leadership), as I feel this organization has no future in a freedom-loving effort such as ours.

Gene Chapman
slavefreedom.com

Doug Kenline has been jumped on by Charlie Beall at the Ft. Worth trial of Dick Simkanin for blogging the event. It appears that the actions of WTP leadership are "proprietary." I told Doug that he is reporting history that will be seen by people and written about 200 years from now. Charlie Beall has no authority to stop history from being recorded out in the open.

This is the reason that I refused to let WTP hang banners off my rv. They use you up and throw you away when they are done with you.

Infact, We The People of The United States need Doug blogging events in Ft. Worth to stay informed so that we can be an informed Caesar. WTP leadership has been on thin ice with me for a long time. I think Charlie Beall may have just broken that ice. They claim ownership of things like "freedom," it appears. Charlie Beall can stick his comments to Doug Kenline in his ear. Doug reports for posterity, for me, for the Slave Freedom Movement, which, by the way, Mr. Charlie, doesn't claim "proprietary" ownership of anything. WTP leadership has shown itself to be morally filthy relative to everything I spent 10 years of my life in colleges and universities studying for, as a minister. It is "a respecter of persons" like nothing I've ever seen. This pride will not stand, for "pride goeth before destruction." Gene Chapman

Good to hear from Thurston Bell:

Thanks Gene.

I have some job prospects I am working on tomorrow after I send the last of the legal defense money to the lawyers.

I have a job now, but I am not getting the hours I need and it is minimum wage. I am hoping for better in the meantime and working at options as well.

The people I work for now are a family business, a restaurant. They have now inquired about why I am here, wondering what happened to me that I am starting all over again and being twice the age of the other people in their staff. They have looked at my website and are not terrified to have me around. They like me, and my attitude of gratefulness and willingness to do anything to help has impressed them. They would like to keep me around, but frankly anyone can do my job at minimum wage so they are prepared to see me move on as well. The family is not completely informed about what happened to me, but they know that it is big and devastating when the government tells you to shut up.

Even here on the outskirts of Camp LeJune, which is the central focus of this community, the people just seem to accept their circumstances when the government victimizes their neighbors and tells them to shut up.

Whatever brand of Freedom is being touted and sold today is enough for these poor people and the rest of America. It seems that Marie Antoinette’s attitude that ‘there is no end to what the People will take’ rings absolutely true for Americans, even these brave souls who will never receive that which they have been sold to die for. That is one thing where the French have remained superior to us, they will not take it, and they will revolt. They are not afraid of a revolution every once in a while, and their Captains of Industry are all too familiar with the Guillotine to take salaries and bonuses like the ones here in America.

This is not about who is superior, but it is about “What principles are superior and need to be constantly strived for.”

What are we doing to reach those principles? What is the price should we settle for whatever we are given?

I tried, and I saw the taxman blocking my path to responsibly having a family and educating them in the ways of G-D and not the State. I saw how I was marked and my children would be if I did not do something. So I stood up, and when given an idea I gave it away, so that perhaps the faithful could flourish, out-people the debauched and hold the line in their own families against the well subsidized debauched and the life that they hail for all to strive for in the media.

All I saw was complaining and political struggle that further supplanted the economic means of the individual family of faithful to sustain and transmit their values to their children unhindered and un-coerced by the mindless materialists. So, I decided that to hit at the words in the law was to hit at the Chains of Slavery, the Chains that pull down our homes and families, the chains that drag our little ones into lives of debauchery and addiction because Mom has to work so that a reasonable standard of living can be maintained.

Perhaps I was wrong. Perhaps the faithful are not to have any comparable standard of living to the rest of the materialistic world. Perhaps that is the big lie that is America. Perhaps the faithful are not to delude themselves for a single second with the ideas of comfort, wealth, owning a home, economic security, good education outside of the home, but are instead to live a hard life as second class citizens with no rights to due process of law and freedom of expression regarding their faith and the means by which the government forces them to support the Judicial War against their faith.

So the faithful will again for another generation wail and complain and finance their oppressors. They will continue to embrace their chains.

Well, I have spoken what I was given, and the one true G-D is clear in his speech, reason, and action. For the faithful to continue to behave so unreasonably, to refuse to engage the chains that drag them down with the unbelievers, such people have within the reason of “it is easier to do nothing than to sacrifice and do the hard things… why be a martyr?” will have judged themselves. For there to be judgment G-D will not need to exercise his dominion, as the People have done it to themselves...should it be too late.

Perhaps I now need to accept that I am a martyr for all of the causes that I have stated above. Perhaps I need to be thankful that I spoke what was given, I did my job, and now I am one of the few who has a right to be an observer to the demise of this People? That I am no longer responsible for any part of America, or my children that were rent from me in the senseless actions of their mother, that I now have a front row seat and right to merely observe the inevitable and impending?

For ten years I fought and racked my brain feeling great empathy for each of the IRS drowning victims that came to me. But there will neither be empathy nor joy when I sit and watch judgment fall upon Evan J. Davis, Christopher Conner, and the rest of those government terrorists and traitors against the People and the Rule of Law.

The Spirit of a Man’s Heart can only carry him so far. His Spirit can only endure and justify action and Word to a point before G-D and Man. I believe that I have reached that point just as Paul did, for I cannot justify any further actions, nor any further words, and nobody has come to me with any reasonable proposals to the contrary.

I stand as both witness, and servant prepared for what may be required of me next, because despite the condition of my life, and the counsel of many who love me, I cannot give up on the need of Mankind for Truth and Justice in their dealings with one another. If that is the tiny spark of the Spirit of the one True G-D within me, it is the one thing that Judge Conner and Evan J. Davis will never be able to extinguish, even if their conspiracy has set in motion a chain of events which have destroyed every other part of my being.

Share this with whomever you like Gene. Go before G-D and endure.

"Battle And Build"

In the book of Nehemiah, we find the story of a man of God who is so distraught about the status of his home city that he 'wept, mourned, fasted and prayed' (see: Nehemiah 1:4). God evidently heard his prayer and saw his humility before God's face, as Nehemiah was given the provision to return to his city and rebuild the walls thereof.

But it wasn't all easy. Nehemiah had to both battle and build in the process of rebuilding his city. Nehemiah 4:17 reads, "They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laden, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon." With one hand, they built the wall; with the other hand, they defended their work and themselves.

As I look over our work here in the Slave Freedom Movement, I see that we are all to both battle and build, build and battle, as we seek to honor God in TAX SLAVE FREEDOM, etc. Some might ask, "Why do we need to send Thurston Bell to school?" I say that we must work both ends of the movement at the same time. Yes, we march on Washington with the TAX MARCH. Yes, we work to free slaves in Africa and the people of Cuba from Fidel Castro. But we also build by educating our own by building their economic opportunities.

Imagine a world where there are 50 or 500 or 5,000 or 50,000 or 500,000 or 5,000,000 Charlie Beal's; cash in hand, knowledge in mind, faith in action. This is the movement I seek to be a part of. It is a movement that makes people into soldiers of the cross of Christ and those soldiers into giants for God's work. And so let us battle and build, build and battle.

Where will you be going to school next fall? What job opportunity are you looking for to improve your economic condition for yourself and the movement? Where is your place to battle and build the movement today and tomorrow?

My plans to send Thurston Bell to school for 7 months next May are going right along. The total cost is projected to be $20,000. If anyone wants to help give others a leg up, just fund the Slave Freedom Scholarship Fund with your doantion. It is all reported on churchfinances.blogspot.com.

This week, Christmas kept me from getting much of a paycheck ($19.44). I'll not be able to give much this week. We have a $50 doantion from Brother Ingle for the Emergency Fund that I'll post today.

If we do get the 2nd rv to Atlanta, we need to plan to spend about $400 to $500 on signs. I want to give the back of the new rv to Larkin Rose to promote his work, the right side to Charlie Bell and Ms. Jackson-Lee, I'll put some Bible based stuff on the driver's side for my work. I believe in inclusion for everyone. We are trying to build big stand alone individuals here, not a mass of uninformed nobody's.

Gene

Well, I'm in Beaumont, Texas, waiting to make a delivery in the am near Houston, Texas. I'll be checking in on the trial tomorrow.

My 20 acres of land is now listed with an agent for sale in El Paso for $8,500. I just can't justify owning land that requires me to pay taxes that support the 10th plank of The Communist Manifesto (ie. Public Schools). They use my money to brain wash kids away from God and into acceptance of "the mark of the beast." To join that is to buy into the beast system myself, I feel.

I'll get a Sunday sermon on here, if my computer battery holds out and the blogger stays up. It sometimes fails.

I met with Doug and Robert yesterday in Jackson, Miss. for a few hours. We had a good visit. I hope the travel and trial in Ft. Worth for Dick Simkanin goes well.
