Gene,

What you say makes sense and if you are requesting donations for the signs, let me know where to send my donation.

However, I don't know if the Redress of Grievance lawsuit is worthwhile or not. It may prove to be worthless. Nevertheless, I have donated to it and, even if I had not, I still would, because I believe it may have merit. I have also donated to Joe Bannister's defense against disbarrment from representing people before the IRS although I think it may be predetermined that he can not win.

I believe that you are a very good and effective speaker; especially on a cost effective basis. Further, I believe you reach and influence people that others do not. I wish there was 100 just like you.

When I determine that donating to certain causes is just throwing money down a rat hole then I stop. Sometimes I think nothing is going to work but so far I have not given up that something will turn out to be worthwhile.

Hi-Gene-I attempted to tell Mr. Bob Schultz this many months ago-I think he is a Gov. plant or he is just plain stupid or perhaps he just wants to be in the lime llight-one doesn't have to be very smart to know that what he is doing is just like you said, spitting in the wind-he reminds me of those that want to pass laws or constitutional amendments to correct the wrongs that our government agents are doing, this is the most asinine thought that any person could think that another new law would prevent a goverment agent from abusing the one that is already on the books-----your friend in liberty, Joe Hoyal, box-732, Zebulon, Ga.30295

hi Joe,

Thank you for your comment. I'm not against Bob Schultz or anybody else, but we have to quit sitting back and letting others make half million dollar decisions for the movement. We The People is WE THE PEOPLE, and I know I wasn't consulted on a $500,000 lawsuite. I've presented ideas that have been used by board members at Exxon and J. B. Hunt, so I know I'm credible, as a thinker. When I get passed up for decisions, I know something missed somewhere, and I don't care what anybody thinks about that. I'm a smart cookie, and I don't need help figuring it out at this late date in my life. I expect to be consulted when plans are being made. Gene Chapman.

It takes 2% of a population to make effective change in a social system. That means we need 5.8 million Americans in sympathy with the TAX SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT before we can expect real change in America's view on tax policy and for Government control to change toward a more positive outlook. These guys who want to spend $500,000 on a lawsuit to find out if we have the right to a "Redress of Grievance" are spitting into the wind.

The plan is to drive traffic to our web community, which inturn will educate the American population, which inturn will grow the movement, and that is done with media of the most cost effective sort. If I had $500,000, I'd be buying up the cheapest media I could find at this juncture, not blowing it on anything else.

The cheapest longterm media I know of is the mobile billboard. The one we have in Atlanta reaches 16,000 per day, communicates our message and attracts people to the Tax Slave Freedom Movement sites for further education and association with like minded people. The cost for one of these mobile billboards is: $1,200 for the unit, $200 per year in insurance, $300 for signs. That is $500 per year to make 49 million viewings, after the initial purchase of the vehicle. This will inturn drive traffic to the web educational community, and we, in the end, get our 5.8 million people sympathetic to our views.

We must stop spitting into the wind.

Gene Chapman.

"Pay Your Taxes!"

In Romans 13:1-7, we, perhaps, find the Opposition to the TAX SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT's strongest argument against us. In verse 7 we read, pay "tribute to whom tribute is due."

The word "tribute" is the Greek word, "phoros." It means, '"a load (as borne), ie. (figurative) a tax (property or individual); not a toll on goods or travel.'"

So when the Government is "due" (vs. 7) a tax on your person or property, Jesus tells us to pay it. Otherwise we invite the "damnation" (vs. 2) of both God and man.

Well, the question we in the TAX SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT have been asking is, "Where is my tax liability in the law?" We have no answers from the Government that even a small child could not see as being flawed at this juncture. When we see our tax liability in the law, we should pay the taxes "due." Then we should seek to move to another country, in my opinion, as we are not allowed to be "the slaves of men" (I Corinthians 7:23). And the U.S. Tax Code has assuredly made us slaves by now, noting that Tax Freedom Day was July 12th this last year.

respectfully,

Pastor Gene Chapman

I'm informed by our webmaster in the USA for genechapman.com that the site is now capable of hosting 550 MB's of video. We need to start getting the vidoe of my interviews uplinked, Daivd Marsh, Doug Kenline, Robert Ingle, Fred Smart. Thanks Gene.

Larkin Rose just e-mailed me, per Robert, and he is fine with us promoting his website on the rv. We'll get something up asap. Gene.

I have pictures of the completed rv off to Doug Kenline for posting here and on exodus10-3.org, as well as extortionergeorgewbush.blogspot.com. Gene.

The rv is finished and ready to be placed at the IRS site here in Atlanta. On the passenger side sign, the sign maker made an "s" where we needed an "n," but we'll get that fixed within a few days.

The hotel people are letting me stay past checkout until 3 pm ET. That will help.

Gene

The pictures of the rv are off to Doug Kenline for posting here. The rv is to set at the intersection of Buford Highway and Beverly Hills St. for the duration of the Atlanta Project. It's outside the Regional IRS Center, where the employees leave. The back of the rv will face the IRS employees as they leave work each day. "Provide things honest in the sight of all men" will be right in their face as they leave work everyday for the next 6 months, Lord willing. Gene

I'm still hoping for a ride back to Birmingham tonight. We'll see.

Wednesday, November 19, 2003

We had an anonymous $50 donation to the Atlanta Project today, along with expenditures of ($165) for the remaining cost of the signs for my rv, $18.00) for gasoline to drive the rv to Atlanta from Birmingham, and ($67.00) for tonight's motel cost. I'll update this on churchfinances.blogspot.com this weekend. respectfully, Gene.

Hi Gene,

Thanks for checking up on me. I’m doing fine. I have been blessed with many responses for my request for help. I deeply appreciate your offer but I am in good shape at this point. Hope all is going well for you. May God continue to bless you. Have a nice Thanksgiving.

Tax March On Washington Phase II Begins Today: The Atlanta Project

Gene Chapman is driving his RV from Montgomery Alabama to Atlanta Georgia where he will be applying the new banners which will be used for the Atlanta Project which will culminate in a 21+ day fast beginning in early April 2004.

The first step to this project is to get the RV in place well in advance of Gene's physical presence and fast next April.

There will be a series of volunteers who will be moving the RV from day to day and week to week to ensure it get's the right local exposure in front of the IRS Administration Building there in Atlanta.

The new banners will be carrying quotes from scripture from the Old and New Testements as well as the same simple questions such as "where is my/our tax liability?" etc. Gene will be posting the exact phrases and quotes when he gets online shortly.

We'd like to thank the folks at Laser Printing in the great Birmingham area for doing such a fine job on the new banners.

Other banners on other RV's - owned, donated or rented out - could conceivably join Gene's RV on this project. The basic idea here is to share witness to the truth of the Lord God Jesus Christ in the light of this new day which is dawning in our world. More transparency, more openness, more dialogue is needed all over our wonderful world on these matters. This is really a wonderful celebration of the unconditional energy, light, truth and love that supports the entire universe. The Lord God Jesus Christ's truth cannot be claimed by anyone of us. All we are called to do is freely receive and share the truth with others. So this is really all about inviting folks out of their Wizard of Oz-like Castles - or foxholes as the case may be for some - of personal fear. Invite them into the wonderfully free light of this new day of Divine energy, light, truth and love that is dawning in our world. We need to get on the stump and talk about issues such as slavery in our modern world. The word slavery needs to be dusted off and brought into the light of this new day. We need to understand what the roots of slavery are: fear, greed, hopelessness, depression, hatred, etc. We need to understand what the roots of freedom and liberty are: love, selflessness, hope conjoined with a celebration of the Divine Order and Providence that governs the entire universe every second of every day.

My prayers are with Gene Chapman and everyone who may be blessed to be influenced by the light of the Lord God Jesus Christ's energy, light, truth and love as more and more and more and more individuals are called to freely receive and share His blessings of forgiveness, love and truth.

I should have my motor home in place at the front of the Atlanta IRS Regional Center with the signs in place on it this week, Lord willing. Gene.

My reply,

Hi Jim,

Well, as for me, I'm paying down persoanal bills and living close to the ground. The IRS can only take what we have and nothing more (ie. Mahatma Gandhi thinking). I'd like to see us all work like mad to pay off our bills, buy motor homes that can be used as mobile billboards anywhere. And stay on the Scriptural issues.

respectfully,

Gene Chapman

Hi Gene,

Once again, you are right on target! Most of us seem to belong to
We The People but at the same time we all seem to be alone when
our individual fights with Big Brother start up. Just like the folks that
you mentioned in your blog. The questions is, what do we do about
it? How DO we pull us all together?

There are several of us right out of the chute that disagree with
tactics, etc. One that I note with you and Rick Stanley. To bear
arms or not to settle these ever growing government entanglements.
Frankly, I feel if we don't get some relieve from the government
pressures that we've come to know in a civil manner soon, picking
up arms will be the only solution.

There are amazing human beings involved in the freedom/patriot
movement. From all walks of life, with all sorts of interesting and
helpful, useful skill sets. Like yourself, we try to help those in need
(financially and spiritually) ala Rose Lear, Gene Chapman, Dick
Simkanin, Larken Rose, Irwin Schiff and many, many others. We
pray for them, send money when we can, agree with them, speak
out with them and help whenever and wherever we can. But we are
still fragmented in the overall scheme of things it seems.

So what do you think? What is your best guess? Should we try to
build We The People even bigger, help Allen Hacker more with
UnlawfulGov.Org, enlighten, encourage, further support Gene
Chapman in spring '04 in Atlanta on a national lmedia level if we
can, lean Rick Stanley's way? Schiff's way? Larken Rose's way?
Joe Banister's way?

I ask you in all sincerity just what you feel we should be doing.
Because we may as well be posing for the D.C. snipers of note if
we continue to stand individually as we are. I think one of the
problems is that we are all fighting this fight all the while trying to
survive (financially). Surviving life obviously and definitely detracts
from our freedom fight. That isn't an excuse, it's reality. I don't see
any known millionaires, philanthropists and pro bono attorneys
working with us much, if at all. And surely we need to find an "in"
into the elitist mass media so we can finally get our word out to
everyone.

So, Gene, what do you feel we should do so that we as individuals
don't fall victim to criminal government actions? We can talk it to
death but we must act in some positive way to help us gather more
momentum and become the largest, most united group of people
on the planet. Then we can really kick some criminal government
butt!

As for me, I'm ready to go all out 110% - fulltime and a half (instead
of 60%) as soon as I can find a way to survive (the bills of life's
basic needs) AND fight all at the same time! I could be wrong but I
think you will find a myriad of patriots who feel the same way.

I guess what I'm asking for here, looking for is some precise
leadership, someone (maybe a philanthropist type) who will lead as
our general through this war of tyranny. If that person is Bob
Schultz, Irwin Schiff, Larken Rose, Joe Banister, Ms Jackson, one
of our dear patriot bloggers or ??? You know, I don't really care who
it is. But then we have got to see and hear more of him/her,
concentrate on winning this war. We have got to figure out a way to
build and maintain a substantial fortune to fight this war. We
cannot let Banister, Simkanin, Lear or others die a slow judicial
death by the sleight-of-hand of the DOJ and IRS.

Or we should all just shut our mouths and take whatever little
crumbs the government chooses to hand us and settle for
Socialist/Communism? Please let me know your thoughts.

Sincerely,

I've been very apprehensive to say anything about this $500,000 lawsuit until now. I did write Dick Simkanin about my reservations this past week, for the record.

In my experience in studying the tactics of Socialist/ Communism, I see it highly questionable that a court room could be used for justice at this juncture. Could one really expect to win a case in Lenin's Russia or Hitler's Nazi Germany? Are we to expect to see a win in a country that has thrown a Supreme Court judge to the dogs over something as fundamental to American Civilization as a Ten Commandments Monument, given our outrageously Christ centered history? History has shown that only one thing moves nations nonviolently toward the good; we must make the moral case to the people of the nation that its leadership is flawed and that this leadership must be replaced. Lawyers will only muddy the water until no one knows right from wrong, and the people will still be just as dazed by it all.

I don't like the idea of a hireling lawyer being involved in this kind of case either. Lawyers have a propensity to go for the quick out for the fast buck when the ruling looks in question. A hireling looks out for himself, not God's justice. And it appears to me that $500,000 for a legal suite is money that only a hireling could demand. Why can't we find a good lawyer in all of America who feels as strongly about freedom as we do? Something seems amiss.

I think $500,000 would be better spent on defending Joe Banister and building him up. He is our Ace. And all the other former IRS employees are, as well, the center of our future success, in my humble opinion. Why not back Irwin Schiff to the hilt? He started all this. Why can't we get all the thinkers in the same room to plan strategy for the best attack? I realize that we all have our gifts, but must we remain scattered? One is here, the other over there.

What does Dick Simkanin need today? What does Bill Lear need today? What does Joe Banister need right now? What does Ms. Jackson need now? What university does Thurston Bell need to attend for a law degree? These are the viable questions we should be asking and the important leaders we should be putting in place over time. We cannot expect to win a war by leaving each soldier to fight alone. Well, these are my two cents. Gene.
