"He That Watereth"
In Proverbs 11:25b, we read, "[H]e that watereth shall be watered also himself." There are atleast two ways to look at this proverb.
First, it can mean that whatever business you are in will allow you a proximity to its products such that you will be assured that you will be fully supplied of that product. Let's say you're a peanut farmer. Well, you're probably not gonna go hungry from not having enough peanuts in your diet. I'm a truck driver when I want to pay my bills, so I don't run short of driven travel. A guy like me doesn't need a vacation to go see a place in the US.
Second, this verse can mean something along the lines presented in Galatians 6:7: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." As we sow righteousness, we reap righteousness in the lives of those around us. If we are liars, we reap a fellowship of liars and corruption follows in all our work and personal life.
The economic lesson is that if you want freedom, then sow freedom in the lives of others (ie. in African Slave Freedom, in taxation, etc.). If you want money, go into banking. If you want to own land, get a real estate license. If you want to be a criminal, become a lawyer.
"The Law, The Law and The Law"
In the Bible, we find many laws, but I find three sweeping primary laws dealing with the human soul. There is "Moral Law," found primarily in Exodus and Deuteronomy. There is "Jewish Ceremonial Law," found primarily in Leviticus. And there is the "Law of the Members," addressed by the Apostle Paul most clearly, in my humble opinion, in Romans (see: Romans 7:23).
Both "Moral Law" and "Jewish Ceremonial Law" are found in the "Law of Moses." The first five books of the Bible are the books written by Moses, containing Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. So how do we discern these laws apart from one another?
Well, a very interesting problem comes up while Paul is traveling and preaching the Gospel to the Gentiles in the book of Acts. Jewish people come in behind Paul's work at Antioch (see: Acts 14:26-28), demanding that new Gentile converts must be circumcised to be "saved" (Acts 15:1). So Paul and Barnabas determine that they must go to the Church at Jerusalem to get this matter heard before the "apostles and elders" (Acts 15:2).
At Jerusalem, Peter was there (Acts 15:7), as was James (vs. 13). After some discussion, James lays out the plan for dealing with Jewish Ceremonial Law. He says, "Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: But that we write unto them, that they abstain from polutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood" ( Acts 15:19-20).
James lays out here in Acts 15 a distinction of how that there are both "Moral Laws," presented by Moses and universally consistent with the Spirit of God in the heart of humankind, that are to be forever striven for by all Christians, and there are "Jewish Ceremonial Laws" (ie. circumcision, abstaining from pork, etc.), also presented by Moses, that are to be ignored by the Gentiles.
Now, let's look at Paul's' "Law of the Members" in light of what we just learned. Paul, in Romans 7 writes of this internal conflict between his spiritual man, who seeks all that is right, and his old man, who is directing him back into sin-after-sin-after-sin in his private life. Paul has a desire to keep the universal Moral Law of the Spirit, but he finds that he can't keep himself from breaking even Moral Law, even while being a saved man. Paul might well have been confessing here to being the Jeffrey Dhomer of his era, for we know, but the one thing we know for sure is that Paul was in a heated fight with his sin nature to live a more all around godly life. (Note: There was no discussion of Jewish Ceremonial Law.)
So when we see a professing Christian sin, we do not assume he or she is lost or even a hypocrite. We assume they are in that legitimate fight for personal holiness for which all Christians strive. Jewish Ceremonial Law doesn't even come into this conversation.
What we see with the error of the new homosexual Bishop of New Hamshire, for example, is an incorrect mixing of these three laws. He has a heart to engage in homosexual conduct so much so that he divorced his wife in order to move in with his male lover. He is using Jewish Ceremonial Law arguments made by the Apostles in order to justify breaking Moral Law, and his heart is in it, he says. Infact, Jeffrey Dhomer has a better chance of making it to heaven than the new Bishop of New Hamshire, based on every study I've ever made of Holy Scripture.
Bottom line: If your heart is favorably disposed to do Moral Law, found in Deuteronomy, Exodus and many other places; if you feel horrible when you break Moral Law, then you're being guided by the Spirit, assuming you asked Jesus to be your Lord and Savior at some point in your history.
On the other hand, if you break Moral Law, which is the Law of the Spirit, and take personal and private internal pleasure in it over-and-over-and-over, never seeking to change your behavior toward a more holy life, you never were saved. You never did believe in the Resurrection of Jesus or the second coming of Jesus in the first place because "every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself" (I John 3:3) to meet Moral Law/ Spirit Law measurements of his or her life.

GX does not do air arrangements, you'd have to do that yourself through your travel agent. But of course, you can sign up for the Gandhian Legacy tour which starts in Mumbai, Dec. 29, 2004 and ends in New Delhi Jan. 12, 2005 - then take a train to Calcutta (new name Kolkatta) to volunteer with the Sisters of Charity. You need to make all those arrangements outside of the tour dates, but our travel service in India could make the train reservation for you to Calcutta.
The costs, according to American Airlines is as follows:
1) Round trip from Dallas/ Ft. Worth to Georgetown, Ghana (Africa) is about $2,707.
2) The whole 45 days in Ghana and on for 30 days in India with Arun Gandhi (grandson of Mahatma Gandhi), visit with the Sisters of Mercy in Calcutta, and back through Hong Kong to Dallas/ Ft. Worth (75 days) will cost about $4,030. (This does not include internal travel to Calcutta.)
A Letter To Gene From Richard Simkanin

Thank you for your letter and support.
Your billboard project will have a big impact and my prayers are for many people to read and understand the message that you will show them.
Please do not send any funds for my defense at this time. Your project is every bit as important as mine and I encourage you to fund it as best you can.
Yes, my stress levels were through the roof, that is, until I asked the Lord to guide me in what to do. One day I will tell you, step by step, how the Lord showed me what to do, and even the confirmation from Him after I did it. But, it is not over YET!! Look for the next chapter to begin very soon. I am waiting on the Lord to reveal to me how to make my next decision. I wish I could tell you, but He has not yet showed me which path to take.
I continue to help lead Bible study several hours every day and attend 3 or 4 Christian services each week. I can think of no better way to spend my captive time than in the WORD.
Yes, when I am released from this place, I am sure the Lord has a plan for the rest of my life, but for the time being, I'll just keep studying the Word.
God bless my friend & Christian Soldier Gene, guide and protect him as he sojourns in this land spreading the good news and doing Your work.
I pray the TAX MARCH makes headlines in every major newspaper across the country.
Your brother in Christ Jesus,
A scanned copy of this letter will be posted in the near future.
God Bless Richard Simkanin.
And God Bless America!!

Without preaching an expository sermon on Proverbs 31:10-31, let me just make the observation that this woman is a hard worker. Part of the Christian work ethic, which makes America so powerful, is this idea that even women can be in God's will when working for economic gain.
In verse 13, "She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands." She isn't sitting around the house eating up all the food her husband brings home.
She is a good cook, who shops in distant place to feed her family (vss. 14 and 15).
She is a real estate investor and in the wine business for profit (vs. 16). She is obviously a participant in the economic welfare of the family.
She works long hours (vs. 18).
She into manufacturing (vs. 19).
She does benevolence work in her spare time (vs. 21).
She is wholesaler of products she makes (vs. 24).
And God says in the end, "Give her the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates" (vs. 31). Her labor is not taxed. Her land is not taxed.

FYI -- The reason I do all these other web sites is because I feel that by bringing in all these different communities into linked sites, I stand a better chance of building the base for all of them together. I don't want to be a one trick pony. So if you all have other interests, I'd suggest you build blogs for them and link them in to our tax slavery sites. The matrix will present increased traffic to all the sites. Gene.
Like Samson, I'm not opposed to taking down the temple of the Philisteens with me on the way out of my torture chamber on toward liberty in the next life. Even Jesus had power to lay down his life for a friend. No, I'm no suicide case, in the way some portray my work.
I'm a man looking for a way to take the enemy of God down a notch, just like Samson and Jesus.
If I were in some pity bathed condition and ready to just end it all, that would be wrong. I'm in it for maximum benefit to the kingdom of God. If I ever die in a death fast, it will be me following the example of Samson and Jesus, not Judas or some other failure. It will be because God let me die, as I fasted for his solution that never came. Gene.
THe U.S. Supreme Court is not going to hear this truth either.
It is clear that there is nothing but the tyranny of chaos that Satan has
thrust upon this nation and the masses are willing to live under while the
government they worship terrorizes them en masse and randomly victimizes
These people will take anything, and will be almost starved to death when
they finally understand that America is a sham.
One of the greatest causes of poverty in America, I feel, is that people are trained that the government will take care of all their basic needs. The people who would generally give to help an Ed are under the false impression that he is just a bum who doesn't want to work and that the government surly has all his real pressing needs taken care of. So people just pass him up and let him starve. If the government had never gotten involved in benevolence, as I Cor. 9:7 and all of American History teaches, then there would be an army of willing helpers to get Ed the help he needs. Ed actually suffers because the government tells the man in the street by the existence of its programs that Ed already has help. Gene.
Doug asked on his blog why Bob Schultz is not doing audio blogs each day. For the life of me, Doug, I agree that he is blowing a tremendous opportunity to speak to the folks all over the world. We must work to educate Bob on the benefits of speaking daily to the group.
As for me, I'm expecting a $1,700 pay check this week to get me better positioned for paying down my personal bills and the work ahead in Atlanta next April.
We got two hits from the Treasury this morning and one hit from the US House of Representatives.
Other than that, I'm just piddling. Oh, Thurston Bell checking in today to say a positive word about my sermomn entitled, "A Better Resurrection." I liked hear from you, pal. Gene.

I was wondering if you might be able to put together a package that would enable me to fly to Ghana or Sudan, Africa to do a 41 day fast against slave trading in October or November of 2004, then go on to India to be with Arun Gandhi for his teaching in December 2004, then allow me to visit in Calcutta, India the Sisters of mercy before returning home to the USA?

Whether you are in the TAX SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT (exodus10-3.org), the SLAVE FREEDOM MOVEMENT (racialhealing.blogspot.com) or a soul winner at a church working to free SLAVES OF SIN (gentlelove.blogspot.com), you are dedicated to 'a better resurrection' than those around you in your normal daily walk in life. And here in Hebrews 11, we see that God doesn't seem to mind at all, if we think in those terms.
The author of Hebrews writes to the Jews in this, the "faith chapter," as it is called, about the kind of faith in action that one can expect will earn for that person "a better resurrection" (Hebrews 11:35).
Sometimes, the worldly people around us lose track of what motivates us in the hard work we do in the various slave freedom movements in which we are involved. No rational person would seek to inflict such pain on oneself, the world challenges us.
In reply, "Some of us are not concerned about this world." "Some of us want a better resurrection," you see. Here in Hebrews 11:35, we read the Holy Ghost's inspired Word for mankind: "Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection." My dream is to be tortured to death by the IRS or some other demon driven mob, so that I might expect this better resurrection.
When I get to Heaven, I want Jesus to be standing with a big smile on his face. I don't want to just hear that I did ok in this life. I want him proud of me, like the older brother he is.
I have no interest in getting into Heaven by the skin of my teeth, and neither should you.
Yes, salvation is not achieved by works (Ephesians 2:8-9), but you can have only salvation as your possession when you arrive into Heaven, if you do no works beyond your salvation experience in this life.
The Bible talks about your works being tested by fire and you only being "saved; yet so as by fire" (I Corinthians 3:15). Why would anybody want the low end deal with God for eternity? The goal is "a better resurrection," and we can only get that high end deal with God by being tortured to death from the evil side. Please God, let me get tortured to death for your sake. Give me an army of torture lovers.

One says something about: We The Caesars want to know, "Where is our tax liability in the law?"
I quote three Bible verses, in true Martin Luther style: 1) "Render therefore unto Caesar the things that are Caesars' and God the things that are God's"
2) "Provide things honest in the sight of all men"
3) 'Extortioners shall not inherit the kingdom of God' (see: I Corinthians 6:10)
All three signs read: "Where is my tax liability in the law?", more or less.
The rv should be on site at the Atlanta Regional IRS Center by Dec. 1. respectfully, Gene.
I live in Austin and have been following things since you started the deathfast. This got my attention like nothing else.
Have been trying to keep abreast of the developments that have been going on(Audemus jura nostra defendere)via your web blog and other sources on the net.
Just wanted to say that I admire and appreciate all you have made known thru the information you provide for public view, and the way you have stood for your God given rights. This really brought my attention to the injustices being perpetuated while most sleep. I know more and more are waking up to the fact that something is wrong
It has been thru your site and other sites like it that I have had a paradigmn shift thru the last couple of years.
Not having filed since 1999 I am now dealing with the IRS first hand.
The most recent one I received was letter 1862 (SC/CG)(Rev.9 2002) Catalog Number 347624. They say thru records via employers etc that they have determined that I owe a certain amount etc. and have given me til Nov 2nd to reply i.e. to agree and pay or to protest the AMOUNT if I do not agree with it. They are the only options I have been afforded to date. I guess at this point I would appreciate any information as to how to proceed. (It would not be considered legal advice)
I already earlier got the initial letter and the follow up (CP-515 and CP-518) I know there is wisdom in a multitude of councelors.
I believe it to be a system based on voluntary compliance from what I have read and do not believe there is a law that requires me to file.
If you have any comments they would be most welcome.
