Fred and I are going to experiment with NEXTEL cell phones for conference calls, now that I have good personal pay checks coming in to use on such experimentation. We hope these conference calls will build communication between the TAX HONESTY folks. Many modes of group communcation will free us from being so dependent on the internet. This technology might be something Rick Stanley needs to look into for the the MDP, as well. Gene.

An Arizona Cactus

Arizona Rocks Out My Truck Window.

Me Behind My Truck In Deming, New Mexico. They have big billboards on I-10 out here for as low as $150 per month. We can drive traffic to the web sites for nickles and dimes to the whole over-the-road trucking industry, but most of my nickles and dimes are spoken for until the Atlanta Project completes next May 6th. (Somebody call Irwin Schiff and Bob Schultz to let them know of this opportunity of how their works can be advertised cheaply.) Gene.

Checks are coming in, so money is going to be going into the accounts within a few days. The TAX MARCH ON WASHINGTON and THE ATLANTA PROJECT start up April 2, 2004. Gene.

Pictures are off to Doug Kenline for the week.

I'm not able to get through to Fred Smart on the phone for now 3 days. Is he ok? Gene.

It has come to my attention that Dick Simkanin took a plea bargain. I want to support him in every way, so we need to get in contact with him to see how he wants the Dick Simkanin Legal Defense Fund money issued. I don't walk away from my compatriots; I support them. I hope we all continue to support Dick. respectfully, Gene.

David reporting here. Looks like the Democrats/Socialists/Communists are at it again and not hiding the fact of their affiliation and the true goals they have for this country. If you remember Gene had talked about this extensively in the past. Especially during his stay in Alabama. You can look at it in his archives here. He relayed how we already have the 1st, 2nd, and 10th planks of the Communist Manifesto in this country, if not all of them. He also had links placed below for the Progressive Caucus of the Democratic Party and their affiliation with the Democratic Socialists of America. Now it is coming out into the open more and more so the light of truth can shine on it. Read below to see more proof.

The Communist Party USA will not run a candidate for president, will not support progressive third-party bids but will instead throw its support behind the Democratic Party in an all-out effort to defeat President Bush and the Republican Congress, reports Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

Jessica infront of the Battle Ship Texas, just across from "The Family Monument."

Graves of the 9 Texians killed at the Battle of San Jacinto.

The Family Monument. I am descended from three of the original thirteen families that settled with Moses Austin, father of Stephen F. Austin, along the Brazos River, at the invitation of the Mexican Government. One of these families is the Robins family (also commonly spelled Robbins, as spelling was not a primary concern in the early days of Texas). I am the Great, Great, Great Nephew of Lt. Thomas Robbins and his brother, John Robbins, who fought under the command of General Sam Houston, April 21, 1936, upon this hallowed ground in the calvary division, against 1,250 Mexican soldiers. The actual captors of General Antonio Carlos De Santa Anna are long in dispute, but some say he was captured by my two uncles, April 22, 1836, while they were out 15 miles away from the battle site on calvary patrol. In reality, he was captured by all the 910 Texians who fought for freedom from despotic taxation. In December of 1836, Lt. Robbins was promoted to Captain and his calvary division at the Battle of San Jacinto was renamed, The Texas Rangers. If you wonder where I get my motivation for the TAX MARCH ON WASHINGTON, just contemplate that the San Jacinto Monument is 12 feet taller than the Washington Monument and that 1/3 of the US land mass came ultimately from this battle and the resulting capture of General Santa Anna. When somebody gets puffed up with their 'superiority' over me, I just look 'em in the eye and say, "Sir, the blood in my veins is the blood that gave birth to a nation; I AM TEXAS; I AM THE WEST." That's what I tell 'em.

"Why I'm Part Of Rick Stanley's Mutual Defense Pact," by Gene Chapman.

Some of you have posed the idea that it is contradictory of me to be a nonviolent force advocate, while also being part of the MUTUAL DEFENSE PACT. I would only direct those voices to page 354 of The Gandhi Reader. In a letter to Chiang Kai-Shek, leader of China, Mahatma Gandhi writes the following words just six months after news of the Pearl Harbor atttack by Japan upon the United States:

"To make it perfectly clear that we want to prevent in every way Japanese aggression, I would personally agree, that the Allied Powers might, under treaty with us, keep their armed forces in India and use the country as a base of operation against the threatened Japanese attack."

While Gandhi's life was dedicated to a personal experiment in nonviolent force, he did not stand in the way of violent defense by others opposing despotism. He sought nonviolent solutions and was committed to them when dealing with a reasonable government wishing to be seen in the world as a moral government, but he did not know how otherwise to oppose a foreign power when that power was committed to totalitarian control of the country.

Even Martin Luther King Jr. observed, in his book, Strength To Love, p. 151, that "War, horrible as it is, might be preferable to surrender to a totalitarian system." He went on to explore the greater horror of the atom bomb and how it might make surrender the better choice. Clearly, Dr. King was conflicted. This is the great inner conflict; that nonviolence only seems to work when dealing with a government which seeks to be seen as moral in the world.

Until I find a way to make immoral governments seek moral solutions everytime, I think violence is going to have to remain a card in the deck for play against immoral governments, much as I hate to say it. Rick Stanley is a great man, and I'm just a committed preacher doing an experiment like those nonviolent thinkers before me.

I'm grossing about $1,080 a week driving trucks across America, so these accounts should start seeing cash additions from me within a week or two. Gene.

We are opening up discussions with black revolutionary groups on the internet who want reperations for slavery. I've explained that I'm not Catholic to the person below, but I draw no lines in the sand against them either. respectfully, gene.

Beloved.... I agree that in no way will cheap computers make up for centuries of slavery & racial oppression... But.... it is a start... albeit a small one... More importantly, the offer could be construed as an "acknowledgement" that I think we should celebrate as one small step for Mankind (or at least the folks directly making the offer). Our kids need to learn how to operate computers as opposed to being intimidated by them. The skills will help them gain employment in the future and via the internet give them access to libraries and a world wide source of information right in their own homes. How they choose to employ these new tools would be up to them based on the guidance they receive. As we all know any tool can be used for a plethora of good or bad choices.

While I do not understand the nature of said offer or from whence it came... I think that it affords whomever it was made to... an opportunity to demonstrate great grace & wisdom. Speak your peace and by all means put things into proper perspective but let's not arrogantly deprive our children of something that could make a major positive contribution in their lives & educational resources.

GIVE a Man a fish (welfare) and he will remain dependent upon you for his meals.
But, TEACH a man how to fish for himself and he will learn independence.

Despite the flaws & historical sins of the Roman Catholic Church I think this small offer may have been made with genuinely good intentions by good hearted members that should not be rebuked for their penitent efforts.

Hence I offer another perspective ... How appropropriate that the first efforts & acknowledgements be made by penitent members of the same powerful organization that helped to damn us (Blacks) in the first place. (3/5th's human indeed!)

The Catholic Church is the most powerful corporation in the world with branches in every city, town, state & nation). But the reality of the situation is that the real purse strings are controlled by Rome. The local kind hearts that probably made this offer will suffer for it from their superiors. Why should we add insult to injury but spitting in their faces or better still cutting off our own noses despite our faces? This small gesture is just a beginning that they could manage given their budgetary restraints. Applaud their effort!

I would gratefully accept their gracious offer and see to it that kids that I knew deserved a break received & learned how to use these valuable educational tools. Why give them a top of the line computer to destroy? A cheap computer is a good learning tool. But the time they are ready for a new one, hopefully they'll be able to buy it themselves. Just my 2 cents worth.

Be Blessed

Howdy from Arizona. I've been working hard to raise cash for the TAX MARCH ON WASHINGTON and the Atlanta Project next April, etc. They are giving me 3,000 miles a week at $0.36 per mile, so we should be able to do some damage to my personal bills over the winter and get atleast one major billboard for the IRS to read while I'm there in Atlanta on the 21 day fast.

Thanks to Anonymous ($10.45) and Mr. Stegmeier ($105.00) for the donations to the TAX MARCH account. I'll post them in the next few hours. Gene.

I'm getting alot of interest in the Alabama Christian Reperations Project ( We have one man planning to cash in on a $319 donation to that project to get a computer on its way to an African American child under the age of 18 whose parents can't afford a computer. These computers will increase literacy. I'm getting some hot e-mails from blacks in Alabama who think I'm just another white man trying to impose my views that all blacks should have a computer. Some like my effort. You know how it goes in these public personality things. We will find ways to try and make our effort credible in every way, but we'll always have detractors too.
